The Carcinoembryonic Antigen Rapid Test is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of CEA in serum, plasma or whole blood. It is intended as an aid in the assessment and diagnosis of colorectal cancer and other types of cancers, such as pancreatic, stomach, breast, lung, and certain types of thyroid and ovarian cancer.

MGA REAGENTS AT MATERYAL NA IBINIGAY

 

1. Ang bawat kit ay naglalaman ng 25 pansubok na device, ang bawat isa ay selyadong sa isang foil pouch na may tatlong bagay sa loob:

a. Isang cassette device.
b. Isang desiccant.

2. 25 x 5 µL mini plastic droppers

3. Blood Lysis buffer (1 bote, 10 mL)

4. Isang pakete insert (instruksyon para sa paggamit).

 

STORAGE AT KATATAGAN

 

The kit should be stored at 2-30°C until the expiry date printed on the sealed pouch.The test must remain in the sealed pouch until use.Do not freeze.
